Extracted Arts was built by operators, for operators. As Founder and COO of a licensed NJ dispensary, Joshua applied the knowledge he gathered throughout his career in cannabis and information technology to take the most tangled operational problems and untangle them in ways that make practical sense. Krystal has spent years designing and managing complex organizational systems across high-stakes environments, including as CEO — building frameworks for quality, accountability, and sustainable growth. Between us, we bring decades of experience building systems that actually work — and more importantly, that people want to use.
